Tony D’Arpino
Tony D’Arpino has been named President. In his new role, and as a continued Partner, he will continue to lead and grow the affordable housing pre-development and construction market that will focus on New York and surrounding states.

Jayne Penepent
Jayne Penepent has been named CEO. In her new role, and as a continued Partner, she will continue to direct and manage all corporate finance and accounting.

Karl Schuler
Karl Schuler will continue his role of Managing Partner.

Yolanda Wang
Yolanda has been named Executive Assistant. In her new role, she will support high-level executives by providing administrative assistance and ensuring efficient operations.
